By using LoveConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "LoveConnect" refer to the operators of the LoveConnect WhatsApp matchmaking service. "You" refers to any person who registers, browses, or otherwise interacts with the LoveConnect bot.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use LoveConnect. By tapping "I Agree" in the bot, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is truthful. Users found to be under 18, or to have misrepresented their age, will have their accounts permanently removed immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable.
You agree to use LoveConnect only for lawful, respectful matchmaking purposes. You must not:
LoveConnect facilitates direct WhatsApp contact sharing only when both matched users have explicitly consented through the in-bot request and approval flow (you tap "Approve" on a contact request). By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that approving a contact request will result in your WhatsApp number being shared with that specific matched user, and that this disclosure cannot be undone once shared. You are responsible for your own conduct in any direct chats that follow.
All content you share on LoveConnect — including your bio, profile photo, and any messages sent through the bot — must be appropriate, respectful, and non-explicit. LoveConnect prohibits explicit content of any kind. Violations result in immediate permanent account removal with no right of appeal beyond the process described in §13 below.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time by tapping "Delete Account" in the in-bot Settings menu or by sending the word DELETE to the bot.
LoveConnect is a matchmaking facilitation service. We do not background-check users and do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any match will result in a successful relationship. We are not responsible for the conduct of users after they have connected directly outside the bot. Use your judgement and stay safe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveConnect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed connections, emotional distress, or interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the bot. Continued use of LoveConnect after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

LoveConnect may offer paid subscription plans (e.g. weekly, monthly, yearly) that unlock additional features such as unlimited daily matches, visibility into who liked your profile, priority placement in match queues, travel mode, and virtual gifts. By purchasing a subscription you agree that:
Subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original charge only if none of the premium features were used during that period. Once any premium feature has been consumed (for example, viewing a "who liked you" list, sending an extra match beyond the free daily limit, or sending a virtual gift), the purchase becomes non-refundable. Virtual gifts and consumed premium features are non-refundable in all cases. To request a refund, email hello@loveconnectbot.com from the email associated with the payment within the 14-day window; we will respond within 10 business days. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension pending review.
Your profile, photo, bio, matches, contact-share history, and message metadata are stored only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile is removed within 24 hours and your photo is deleted from our storage immediately. Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days. Reports submitted against another user are retained for 24 months for safety review and may be disclosed to law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
LoveConnect uses automated systems, including AI-based image and text classifiers, to screen profile photos, bios, and messages sent through the bot for explicit content, harassment, and other policy violations. These systems may suspend or remove accounts without prior notice. If you believe your account was removed in error, you may appeal by emailing hello@loveconnectbot.com within 14 days of removal with the phone number used for the account and a brief explanation. Appeals are reviewed by a human moderator and we reserve the right to uphold the removal.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Kampala, Uganda, regardless of where you reside, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
